Apply to the Neuron Expedition 2027 programme

How it works: applying step by step

1. Present the plan of your expedition to us, how it will run and what its aims are. Explain why your expedition in particular should receive the support of Nadace Neuron and what knowledge it will contribute. Attach a presentation of at most ten slides in PDF.
2. Tell us who you are and introduce the other members of your party or the organisations working with you. We are interested in experience in the field and in popularising science. Please record a video of up to five minutes in which we learn everything that matters.
3. Fill in the registration form below carefully, and do not forget to attach everything required.
4. We will then confirm that we have received your application by email from our address info@nadaceneuron.cz, which is also where to send any questions about the Neuron Expedition, if you do not find the answers among the frequently asked questions already (the button below).
5. The Expedition Council of Nadace Neuron will then invite three finalists to present their project in person. We will inform the successful, invited finalists of the date in good time. The winning project, which will set out into the world with our support, will be announced during the summer of 2027.

29 April 2026 (now closed) – the next date will be announced in the spring of 2027
21 May 2026 – the three finalists present at Nadace Neuron
25 August 2026 – the winners are announced by the Expedition Council of Nadace Neuron
2026/2027 – the period in which the Neuron Expedition 2026 takes place
