Tomáš Pajdla

Tomáš Pajdla is an expert in computer vision, robotics, and the application of mathematics in engineering. He combines a successful career as a scientist with business experience. He studied at the Czech Technical University, where he currently works at the Czech Institute of Informatics, Robotics and Cybernetics, lectures at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University, and is a visiting Associate professor at the National Institute of Informatics in Japan. He also works for MAGIK Eye, a company that produces 3D sensors.
Tomáš Pajdla has published over ninety articles in peer-reviewed journals, with over 20,000 citations. He has been a member of the scientific council of NF Neuron in the field of computer science since 2023.
