Entrusted area: Development of business-science co-operation for innovation.

In the past he worked as a director of R&D center for artificial intelligence and computer security of CISCO in Prague and also as a strategist for new technologies. He co-founded and credited non-traditional, science and technology oriented study program Open Informatics at FEE CTU. In 2015, he was included in the New Europe 100 list of outstanding innovators.
