What should I know about the Czech Republic?

The Czech Republic is a safe and welcoming country with a rich cultural heritage and a high quality of life. As an intern, you will experience a blend of historical charm and modern innovation, with world-class universities, vibrant student life, and affordable living costs.

The country is known for its friendly atmosphere, efficient public transportation, and strong emphasis on education. While the Czech Republic is generally very safe, students should still take basic precautions, such as being aware of their surroundings in crowded areas and securing personal belongings.

The Czech people value politeness and direct communication, and while English is widely spoken in larger cities and universities, learning a few basic Czech phrases can enhance your experience.
