We welcome Barbara Paldus as Ambassador for Scientific Transfer
The Neuron Endowment Fund for the Support of Science is launching a collaboration with Barbara Paldus. A scientist and businesswoman with Czech roots and international experience will be an ambassador for scientific transfer. Transferring science to business is one of the key topics for Neuron, and Barbara Paldus will share her experience with scientists, transferors, businessmen and investors. She will also become a mentor to the winners of the Neuron Prize for her extraordinary connection between science and business.
Barbara Paldus, a visionary, scientist, businesswoman and CEO, studied at Stanford University with a doctorate in electrical engineering. He has more than 20 years of experience in developing local and international markets in the areas of biological processing, personalized medicine, cell therapy, biotechnology cosmetic products and analytical technology tools. Formerly a head of Picarro and Finesse Solutions, she currently works for Codex Beauty Labs and Sekhmet Ventures Venture Capital Fund. So far, it has obtained 41 patents. Barbara Paldus is the daughter of Professor Josef Paldus, winner of the Neuron Prize for her contribution to world science in the field of chemistry.
